A good use for painters tape.

I even have one of those fancy guides on my machine, but I just like using plain old tape. Perfect straight quilted lines! Well, except the few bumps while I was trying to bounce Ethan, quilt with one hand and talk to Paula on the phone at the same time.
I was making a few quilted pot holders for Marisa's birthday. I used two leftover squares from a quilt I made a little while ago. They turned out pretty cute. Perfect and colourful for spring. Marisa and I have the mommy sway so it's pretty hard to get pictures of us holding babies in focus. Ethan was hanging out with the adorable little Roman tonight.
